The villa is located in the municipality of Gignese at 700 m above sea level in the province of Verbano Cusio Ossola, a renowned resort town located halfway between Stresa and Mottarone, as well as on the road of the two rivieras that connects Lake Maggiore with Lake Orta. The prime location ensures cool summers and a climate mitigated by lakes in an oasis of well-being and tranquility. Mottarone can be reached in less than half an hour and offers many summer and winter activities. Two of the most important golf courses in the area “Golf des Iles Borrom\u00e8es” and “Golf club Alpino di Stresa” are located in the immediate vicinity.<\/p>\n

THE VILLA<\/strong><\/p>\n There are six rooms and a three-bed shared apartment in the villa renovated in 2022. This is a stately mansion remodeled several times over the years dating back to the first half of the last century, specifically the decade of the 1930s, an exemplar of the refined and exclusive architecture typical of its period. Of simple and elegant lines are the volumes, of different cuts, which in a balanced juxtaposition give shape to the building, a shape that because of the care and attention with which it was designed guarantees, brightness and tranquility. The building spreads over four levels, from the spacious basement floor to the fourth level consisting of an emerging turret structure. Equally elegant and with great attention to detail, is the interior, a well-maintained development of spaces and rooms, each with its own exclusive destination, occupying an area, spread over four floors of nearly 700 square meters. Completing the interior space are three common areas, the yoga room, the breakfast room, and the main hall with a circular fireplace placed in the center. Almost as if they were part of the furnishings, the windows and terraces that open to glimpses of panoramic views, of the surrounding area, as well as of the park that with the changing seasons adorns the walls with changing colors.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n THE ROOMS.<\/strong><\/p>\n A family suite on the ground floor with four very comfortable beds, a walk-in closet, a private space where you can practice yoga, and a large bathroom with separate sink area, toilet and shower. On the middle floor is a bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm French bed with a bathroom.<\/p>\n On the second floor is a suite with one room and two seats and an adjacent room with a sofa that can be turned into a very comfortable bunk bed, a spacious bathroom with a large shower, sink area and separately toilet and bidet. Also on the second floor is a small but cozy room with a French bed and a beautiful bathroom with a large shower sink with cabinet, toilet, and bidet. Completing the second floor is another spacious room with two very comfortable beds and a bed on a small loft, suitable for a couple who can use the loft for relaxation, or a family with one or two children.A beautiful and spacious bathroom completes this room. Going up a further flight of stairs you arrive in the highest floor of the villa, the “turret” which houses a double room, special with a beautiful view, where from one of the two balcony doors you can see the major lake, completes this room a spacious bathroom with a large shower an antique oak sink top, toilet and bidet.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n THE PARK<\/strong><\/p>\n Heading up the Rognoni slope that leads to the Alpine residential center that stretches over the mountainous territories of the municipalities of Gignese and Stresa, on the slopes of Mottarone, at house number 10 one cannot help but be fascinated by the refined artistic gate of remarkable workmanship that greets us, just the right element for what, beyond it, one finds in front of it: a park of about 5,000 square meters.
