The Villa
Originally built in the 1930s as a private residence, Villa Hartmann has been lovingly restored and modernized in 2022, preserving its historic charm while enhancing it with contemporary comforts. Spanning four levels and approximately 700 square meters, the villa combines elegant architectural details with a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Large panoramic windows flood the interiors with natural light and offer stunning views of the private park that surrounds the property. Expansive terraces invite you to relax outdoors, immersed in nature and serenity.
Each room and common area has been thoughtfully designed to encourage rest and well-being. The villa features a dedicated yoga room—a peaceful haven for stretching, meditation, or private practice. The veranda, bathed in morning light, serves as the perfect setting for a leisurely breakfast with views of the garden.

💛 MANIPURA YELLOW – 16.5 sqm double room with a French bed (140 cm). Cozy and comfortable.
💚 ANAHATA GREEN – 30 sqm triple room with two twin beds and one raised bed. Spacious and bright.
🔹 AJNA TURQUOISE – 16 sqm double room with a French bed. Quiet and relaxing.
💜 SAHASRARA PURPLE – 20 sqm double room with two twin beds. Simple and serene.
🔴 MULADHARA RED – Shared room with two twin beds and a bunk-style sofa bed. The most affordable option, ideal for solo travelers or backpackers.
Each room is thoughtfully decorated, inspired by the chakra colors, and features spacious bathrooms with large showers and natural elements.
